Business establishment, bank/credit bureau and other financing references are all used in the decision-making process.  In order to underwrite your loan as efficiently and quickly as possible, SLMC uses third-party databases to acquire sufficient credit information during the application review process.-

SLMC generally offers real estate loans for terms between 1 – 7 years, although actual terms offered may vary based upon the property and your unique circumstance and needs.

No, SLMC does not charge a fee for you to apply for financing for your cannabis-related real estate loan. However, certain disclosed fee including appraisal fees, property condition reports and certain documentation fees are paid by the borrower.

SLMC, like other lenders, requires both property casualty for replacement cost and general liability insurance on you cannabis real estate.  If you don’t currently have insurance, SLMC can introduce you to agents ready to assist in your insurance needs.
